I thought it was about time I check in and give a little update on what I’ve been up to lately!
Life has been a little chaotic and busy, since this tends to be my busiest time of year work wise. This is both a blessing and a curse, but I’m doing well so far!
The Halloween launch on my shop went really well, and now I’m just 2 weeks away from launching my Christmas range too. Im doing the biggest launch I’ve ever done – with not only loads of new products, but a special, limited edition Christmas box, filled with goodies. I’ll be releasing 50 of these boxes, and I have to get them all prepped and ready before launch! EEK! Wish me luck.
I’m also trying to prepare for the end of year with some life admin.
Christmas is really the only substantial time off that I take, ALL YEAR. So I like to make the most of it, and know that everything is in order and organised so I can truly relax and enjoy the holiday season. for me, this means making sure I pay all my bills ahead of time, getting all my Christmas presents for people early, making sure my taxes are all sorted so I don’t have to worry in January, and making sure any big projects around the house are completed.
I’m almost there with the taxes, so that’s good. And I’m currently working my way around the house sorting bigger projects. For example clearing out cupboards filled with junk, and painting the kitchen. I still need to pay quite a few bills, and I’ve yet to start Christmas shopping – so I’m hoping my upcoming launch will go really well, meaning I have the money to get everything sorted early!
It might seem a bit extra to some people, doing all this sort of planning in October; but I’ve found that it works for me and really helps!
Other than that, we’ve been enjoying the Autumnal atmosphere lately! My husband and I took our little boy to the pumpkin patch recently and he absolutely loved it! I cant wait for him to get dressed up for Halloween! 🙂
Anyway, I hope you guys are doing well! Lots of love,
