Hellos and Goodbyes

Every now and again I like to sit and assess my life. Not in a morbid or totally serious way or anything. Just more like a little check in with myself to see how I’m doing, what I’m happy with and what I need to change. It’s really useful, and I find myself usually doing this at the start of each month usually.

However since I’ve had no computer recently, I’ve had some spare time on my hands and I came up with a list of things I wanted to say HELLO to and have more of, and some things I want to say BYE GIRL to ASAP.

Things to say hello to:

1. Drinking more water.

2. Reading everyday.

3. Checking in with a friend each day.

4. Daily exercise.

5. Writing more letters.

6. Pampering.

7. Exploring the forest.

8. Meeting new people.

9. Exciting plans with Gary.

10. Wearing fun outfits.


Things to say goodbye to:

1. Constant caffeine intake.

2. Worrying.

3. Self loathing.

4. Letting chores pile up.

5. Not asking for help.

6. Summer (is it not over yet???)

7. Wasting time scrolling.
