For me personally, this was a great opportunity to finally add some things to my collection which have been on my wishlist for a while now. This included the Naked 2 palette* (£38.50) and the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion (*£30) – two fab additions in my opinion!
The Naked 2 has teased me for so long, with beautiful nudes, beiges, browns and golden tones fit for any look I might want to try. The pigmentation is as amazing as expected with Urban Decay, and a little really does go a long way.
I decided to try the Clinique Dramatically Different Lotion* as I was looking for a new skincare product to take me through Spring/Summer. I have been using the Kiehls Daily Reviving Concentrate and the Kiehls Midnight Recovery concentrate (also both included in the beauty event!) and they are honestly PERFECT. I can’t fault them at all, they have saved my skin throughout the Winter. In fact, if you’d like to read my full review of the Midnight Recovery, then you can do so here. But now the season is changing, I knew I’d need something a little lighter, fresher and more ‘Spring like’, so decided to try Clinique.
The Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion is a beautiful quality, applying easily and sinking into my skin naturally with no oily residue over. It leaves my skin feeling supple, nourished and utterly looked after. Definitely a winner for me!
Will you be taking advantage of the beauty event? I already have my eye on the Georgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation, so you may see that feature around here soon too!
Go on, in the words of Donna and Tom, TREAT YO’SELF! 🙂 (Sorry if you don’t understand this reference..)
