Darker, vampier shades are becoming more popular now that Autumn is here; and the new makeup range from Benecos is celebrating that! I was lucky enough to be sent some of this range to try out for myself, and you know I love any excuse to try new makeup, right?
Quattro Smokey Eyeshadow Quad – £6.95*
The eyeshadow quad comes in a nice and small package, easy enough to pop in your bag. It won’t take up too much room in your collection, but still contains four must have shades that are easy staples for anyone. I found the best shade to be the darkest grey/silver which has a very subtle shimmer to it, as this works with so many other looks. The pigmentation was pretty good considering the tiny price tag, so I think this one is a winner!
Natural Poppy Red Lipstick – £6.95*
This lipstick is the PERFECT brick red that I am always drawn to when shopping for makeup, so it’s no wonder this has become a daily fave of mine. It’s that perfect time of year when wearing a shade like this can easily be taken from a day to night time look with ease. It has a powerful POP to it once applying, and I found it had relatively good lasting power (at least 3 or 4 hours) before I had to reapply.
Amethyst Shimmer Eyeshadow – £3.95*
This beautiful purple shade is a bloody god send to me right now! Everyone know I love a purple hue, but finding a darker one perfect for day or night looks is tricky. This bad boy has great pigmentation and gets the job done with ease. I’m definitely keen to get a collection of their other shades too now!
Benecos are a natural makeup and skincare brand that has a huge range of products with a bargain price tag. There is also a lot available for vegans and vegetarians too, so definitely a brand to look into if you’re after something new.
