Monthly beauty roundups just aren’t a thing I usually do; mostly because I’m so flippin’ poor I haven’t bought the latest must -have items, or I’m so unorganised I usually forget by the time the month is ending, yadda yadda yadda…
But this November I really got my shit together when it came to my beauty collection. I had a really good clear out; got rid of old products that had seen better days, packed up and sent a bunch off to Holly (which she may or may not like, but at least I’ve tried to give them a good home!) and I totally reorganised my collection. This meant I also took stock of what I use all-the-damn-time and what things I’d forgotten I had. So I’ve been totally obsessing over a few items and I wanted to share them with you guys!

My favourite beauty product with month has been this beautiful perfume ‘Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming’* from Dior (obvs) which was kindly sent to me from House of Fraser. It is absolutely GORGEOUS, and I’ve found myself treasuring it, and appreciating it so much when I’ve worn it. I’m trying to savour it and make it last for special occasions, but it really is hard to resist. Hang on, I must spray some now so I can attempt to describe it to you guys *ahem, any excuse*… It’s a fresh, and sparkling bouquet of floral scents that feel super girly and pretty; without being overpowering or sickly sweet. It is based on roses, peonies and white musk apparently; but all I know is it smells like Spring time. This luxurious scent is a winner for me, I only wish it could last forever!

Next up is the Kick Ass Just Bright Tired Skin Concealer from Soap & Glory; this pretty stick has been just the brightener I need for my dull, sickly skin these past two weeks. Feeling quite under the weather but not quite wanting to LOOK under the weather, I’ve relied on this to brighten up my dark circles and even out my reddish blotches. Works brilliantly and is a bargain!
The Lush Fairy Dust has made a much needed reappearance for me this year, as it should! This sparkling, yummy dust is the perfect way to sprinkle some princessy feels into any old boring day, and make you smell like a dream too! One of my all time favourite Lush products, for sure.
For my lips I’ve been totally obsessed with Liplift Max* from Pixi by Petra. For anyone like me who doesn’t really have much of a pout to shout about, a product like this is a god send for feeling a bit fuller in the lip department! The Liplift Max is a plumping gloss which has a cooling sensation used to give a little extra ‘oomph’ and a pretty, shine finish. I love this product and found wearing it daily was fab, and it left my lips super soft too!
I have also found a lot of great offers, including vouchers for Beautyspin. This means I have been able to grab some amazing fragrances, bath and body gift sets, and makeup for everyone this Christmas! It has taken the hard work out of shopping, and I’ve gotten some bargains too!

And finally, my other beauty fave of November was the Pro:Voke Silver hair care range, which is a must for my now lilac locks! Having to keep my hair super light to dye it lilac, means using bleach. And using bleach can mean brassy tones – eek! So using the Pro:Voke Silver haircare set has been amazing inbetween hair top ups! It lightens and brightens, and totally reduces all those warm tones in my hair, especially at the roots! It’s such a cheap range too, so definitely try it if you’re in need of ‘cooling’ your hair tone down. I’m using the toning shampoo, colour care shampoo, colour care conditioner and revitalising dry shampoo.
Let me know what you guys think, and if you’ve tried any of these products yourself! 🙂
I am obsessed with the Miss Dior bottle because I love anything with bows… And the scent (my sister has it) is so lovely too 🙂 I really need to try Lush’s Fairy Dust – never have x

I need to try the Pro:Voke silver hair care range! I’m always looking for good purple shampoos since I started dying my hair ashy blonde. Love how you’ve photographed all the products!

Nothing beats Snow Fair does it? It’s amazing! I love the sound of the Dior perfume too, floral scents are right up my street but there’s a fine line between pretty and sickly! I’ll have to go give this one a sniff!

Also, that perfume looks gorgeous! The bottle is so pretty!! Xx
Oh my god, the amounts of times I’ve been into a store just to smell Dior perfumes, they are delicious (but totally out of my price range haha).

Miss Dior really is a pretty, delicate scent-an all-time fave of mine! You’ve reminded me of two things: I need to have a beauty stash clear out & need to take a trip to Lush :D!

I’ve never tried the Soap and Glory concealer but I love their lipgloss. Might check this out on my next shopping spree in Boots. Always on the lookout for decent concealers, I usually need one for under my eyes and a ‘heavy duty’ one to hide my crappy skin lol xx
