Everyone know I love to be colourful; whether it’s my hair, clothes, photographs or artwork. Well my beauty products are no different; I’m always trying to embrace a vibrant style and experiment with colour. So I thought today I would celebrate some of my favourite colourful products I’ve been loving lately, and hopefully inspire you guys to add some pops of colour to your own beauty routine this Summer!
First up, nails!
I’ve recently been loving these beautiful treasures from IZ Beauty of London. Their nail polishes are just truly perfect, with a formula that’s easy to apply, and lasts through even the toughest of wear! I’ve been switching between the top 3 shades; ‘Azure Blue’, ‘Banana Colada’ and ‘Pom-A- Rita’ – and even wearing all three at once, for the ultimate rainbow look. The gel effect looks flawless and gives a really professional look, even if quickly applied at home!
I also have some amazing coloured hair sprays from IZ Beauty of London; The Colorsmash Color Kissed Hairspray. These amazing sprays mean that wild and wonderful blues/pinks/purples in your hair are now easier than ever! Simply spray in and wash out. I’ve found that the best technique is to spray through the ends of your hair, give a quick brush to remove excess formula, and voila! Colourful and pretty hair in seconds. I’ve especially loved using the pink on the ends of my purple hair at the moment, and these will be my go-to for festivals this Summer.
For the ultimate rainbow look this Summer, I’ll be using these Stardust glitter pots* from Beauty BLVD. I’ve been using Neptune (blue) and Space Cadet (orange); but they have 9 beautiful shades to choose from. These of these glitter pots comes in their own handy kit, with binding gel and brushes for easy, on the go application. They last SO WELL too, which means these would be truly useful for any festival goers or party animals! I’m already eyeing up ‘Babylon Zoo’ which is the prettiest purple shade.
And finally to bring the whole look together; I’ve been wearing MUA Unique Lip Gloss*, and LOCKED Lip Primer*. This means that whether you prefer an easy, pretty, on the go lip, or a full colour pout; MUA have you covered! I absolutely love their Lip gloss formula, as it’s not sticky at all, and gives such a nourishing shine to my lips. The Lip Primer helps my colour stay put when daring for something more vibrant, and gives me confidence that it stays looking perfect.
As you can tell, I love trying new products and the more colour, the better!
