What a busy month I’ve had, phew! I was waiting for October for so long (its the best month!), and then it just whizzed by in a blur. I’ve worked my ass off, been planning content as far ahead as I can, buying the last of the baby things, trying not to wheeze going up and downstairs (HA), and generally having a lovely month with friends, blog opportunities I don’t usually get, and feeling really positive.
All in all, a great, but quick month gone by!
I’m definitely glad I’ve been super productive, but I can’t wait for things to quieten down next week when I go on maternity leave, and have a little ‘me time’. This month, whenever I’ve had the chance, I’ve been keeping up with October’s awesome advertisers. So I thought today I’d share with you guys why you should check them out too!
I assume a lot of you are also creative people if you like my blog, so you guys will probably LOVE the GESSO community! Its a place for creative bloggers who want to inspire, challenge themselves and see what other creatives are doing. It’s like a hub of beautiful, original content and designers; and one you should definitely check out!
Laura’s blog is a down to earth, fun look into her life and all she gets up to! Whether it be what restaurants shes been visiting, family life, snaps of her travels and adventures – or even sharing her progress with the Rory Gilmore Reading challenge (so cool!) – she shares it all on her blog. An instant fave!
Lucy’s blog is one of those you are immediately drawn to upon visiting. Beautiful photography, the most perfectly organised and clean layout (this is important to me!) and a binge worthy selection of blog posts. She writes about all things beauty related, with the odd lifestyle or true crime post in there too!
Opposite Tourists is the blog of Rio and Law, a couple who couldn’t be more different than each other; but very much in love. With this mind and a love for travel, they have shared their experiences travelling together, compromising ideas and preferences, and sharing their insights. Definitely a stand out from the crowd travel blog!
Alison is a leading life coach, specialising in career coaching and specifically, in career change to facilitate life change. Highly experienced in mentoring, coaching and motivating people to really see that they can go for their goals; Alison’s work speaks for itself! She has helped so many people, and I definitely recommend checking her out if there’s a dream you want to chase!
I’ve been a huge fan of Lucy’s for the longest time; her blog is to DIE FOR! As well as having the most glorious, beautiful photography; she writes so well and it feels like having a chat with a friend. Her blog focuses on beauty, life, mental health and photography. There is something for everyone and you’re bound to love her!
MGN is the PERFECT hub of writing inspiration, creativity, helpful tips and bookworm love. If you’ve ever dreamed about writing your own book, short stories, or play; I highly recommend visiting Ms Green’s Notes to inspire you. She’s passionate about all things reading and writing, and also regularly recommends great books and podcasts too!
Emma has such a colourful and vibrant blog, it’s so easy to fall for it instantly! She writes about her life and everything she gets up to; including what’s making her happy, dating and relationships, travel, healthy living and so much more. I personally love how passionate she always writes, and how she seems like such a positive person!
Kim’s blog is a lovely combination of travel, adventures, food and drink reviews, recipes, and sharing everything that shes into! Kim’s so down to earth and really friendly, and I feel like her blog represents that and shows her personality so well! Definitely pop over and say hey!
For all of October, I was advertising Gem’s Instagram where she shared creative things, her life, and so much more! However she’s had to take it down for now, so I thought I’d share her Twitter for now! Please do go follow her and send lots of support her way, as shes so lovely!
