As we come to the end of April, I’ve been reflecting on the month ahead and what I’d like to get out of it. My biggest hope is that I’ll be allowed to go visit my family, but I’ll not think about that too much in case I’m getting my hopes up!

May in general is set to be a nice month I think. I have the last few weeks of my husband being at home to enjoy (before he starts placement again), and the sun seems to be shining everyday!

 

To make May an even better month, I’ve set myself some little goals –

 

1. Make my Patreon better than ever!

I’ve had some big ideas for Patreon recently, and I cant wait to bring them to life! I’ve put together a schedule for May, so I know what I’m doing and when. It includes loads of extra goodies for members, like digital wallpapers, printables, a giveaway and more behind the scenes access! I’m also planning on starting an exclusive podcast for Patreon members, to help share business tips, have a good chat each month, and give more of an insight into my daily life both personally and professionally. I’ve also got some AMAZING stationery going out to members in May (notepads, bookmarks and stickers!) – It’s going to be so much fun!

2. I’d like to hit 200 sales on my shop.

It’s a huge goal, and not sure if it’s even doable. But I’d really love to try! Im always aiming to push myself each month, and even though March and April were terrible sales months, I’d really like to improve things. At least then I can say I’ve tried my best! So here’s to May, and fingers crossed it goes well!

3. Complete 3 paintings.

This one sounds easy, but I find it so hard to make time to paint! April was a good month for painting, I did 3 in total. I;d love to hit that again! The problem is that my schedule is already so hectic, and paintings take SO, so long to do. Plus I only like to paint when I really feel inspired, I can’t force it to happen any other time. So we’ll see!

 

I’m feeling positive, and ending April much happier than when I started it to be honest. So here’s hoping May is even better!
