Frostbitten Makeup Look

Happy Winter!

Apparently today is the very first day of Winter, and with that in mind, I thought why not let’s do a bit of a Frostbitten makeup look?

My new hair seemed like the perfect way to team up with an icy makeup look.

For my eyes; I used a Rimmel soft kohl white eyeliner, and GOSH velvet touch eyeliner in ‘Sky High’ – a wonderfully pigmented sky blue, which is what I also used on my eyebrows! GOSH are one of my favourite makeup brands anyway, and their eye pencils never fail to impress me.

For a little glitz, I used Urban Decay loose pigment eyeshadow in ‘Yeyo’ – a very fine and beautiful dust of glitter. This added an instant pop of shine to the inner corners of my eyes. I then used one of my many glitter pots from Dust and Dance for the snowflakes and iridescent sparkles. I’ve mentioned D&D many times on this blog, and I continue to keep going back to them! I absolutely love them.

For my lips, I used Makeup Revolution ‘Horn of Magic’, and then sprinkled over plenty of loose glitter on top. I used an unbranded silvery/blue loose glitter that I bought ages ago online, and it set the look perfectly!

I’m so happy with how the final look turned out; it feels so creative and lovely to try something new and really get into the Winter spirit!

What do you guys think? Will you be trying anything new yourself for Winter?
