New GOSH Beauty Products

12th January 2017

If you know me well, you know I’m already a huge fan of GOSH beauty products, and I love their whole brand in general. They always have high quality products at affordable prices, and inspire me to try new things with makeup all the time!

GOSH beauty products

I recently tried out a few new products and thought I’d share my thoughts with you guys. I seriously love delving into the hits and misses with beauty products, especially with brands I’m super interested in.

The very first thing I tested out was the Giant Pro Liner, as I’m definitely a big, dramatic flick eyeliner kind of girl, and wanted to know if it would help me achieve this look. In two words? HELL YES! This gorgeous, highly pigmented black has a fine tip brush nib; which helps create a wonderful eyeliner flick in seconds. Seriously black, and long lasting – this product is an instant favourite. For just £6.99 you absolutely NEED to grab this one.

Next up is the GOSH Overnight Primer Oil; a night time luxurious oil to nourish and rejuvenate skin. This is a lightweight blend of natural oils, that is apparently perfect for all skin types (I can only speak for myself of course, I have combination skin). This feels oily at first, but sinks nicely into the skin after around 10-15 minutes. This is perfume free but does almost remind me of lavender; so perfect for a relaxing night time wear. I’d compare this to my much loved Kiehls Midnight Recovery Oil; and it’s only £14.49 at Superdrug. Bargain!

My favourite of all the products were the two GOSH Lumi Drops liquid highlighters, for the versatile looks you can create with these small and beautiful products.

I have the shades Vanilla (the cooler pearlescent lighter version) and Peach (the warmer version). Whilst Peach may look super orange in the bottle, I can reassure you this shouldn’t put you off. Even on my pale skin, this looks beautiful; as these highlighters are really build-able. I used Peach very sparingly, and it created a lush, summer glow on my cheekbones.

Vanilla was definitely my favourite shade though, as I love being the queen of the icy, bright highlighter. Again, you can wear this really sparingly, or build it up for a glamorous and striking look. I even mixed a little of this (just a drop or two!) in my foundation, to give me a brighter, subtle glow. The lasting power is AMAZING by the way; I first tested these on the back of my hands, left them all day (and washed my hands during the day), and they were still glowing in the evening. Brilliant! Grab one of these for just £7.99.

And finally I tried out the GOSH Rebel Eyes Mascara. I did enjoy using this, mostly because of the brush wand! It’s a thin flat brush wand; perfect for reaching every single eyelash. This is especially important if you don’t have the longest lashes like me; and want to make the most of what you’ve got! This gave my eyelashes a nice lift and a more dramatic flutter for just £8.99.

Overall, pretty damn happy once again with GOSH! I just can’t seem to get enough of them. Next up on my wishlist is the Velvet Touch Foundation Primer, a few more of the lipsticks (because GOSH are my FAVE for lipsticks!) and maybe the 9 Shades To Enjoy In New York Palette. Watch this space!

I grabbed all my items from Superdrug, where beauty card holders always get free delivery! Just thought I’d mention this as everyone seems to forget.

Happy shopping! 🙂

I bloody love Gosh makeup! Definitely going to try that mascara once my current one runs out! I use Too Faced mascara at the moment that I loooove but it’s quite pricey so it’d be good to try a cheaper but still good product!

I haven’t used this brand in years, how is this even possible? I used to go on about how much I loved it in my teens. Then for some reason one day, it’s as if I forgot all about it.

I really want to try there primer and highlighter, they look fab!

The lightest highlighter sounds gorgeous! I really don’t get how the oil is called a Primer if it’s overnight? It sounds like a lovely product though!

Same, this did confuse me at first! I think it means as a ‘prep’ for your skin overnight; but its lovely all the same! ^_^ xx
